Our shipping & delivery policy is subject to change at any time without warning.
LIMITATIONS OF SHIPPING
In general, Performance Car Audio will ship to any address in Australia that is reachable by freight. We do not ship internationally.
If none of our suppliers or shipping services can reach your destination, we cannot ship to you.
CALCULATION OF SHIPPING
For the majority of our customers in Australia, our flat rate shipping fees apply as advertised on our website. Customers in remote or regional parts of Australia may not be eligible for flat rate shipping, and will have an amended shipping quote sent to them prior to delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For domestic deliveries to non remote and non regional areas, your order should arrive within 3 – 5 business days. If your delivery has not arrived after this time, please contact the shipping company and provide them with the tracking number sent to you.
In general, our dispatch time on orders is within 1 business day. Large events, sales or promotions may skew our dispatch time if a large volume of orders arrives in a short period of time.
CAN YOU LEAVE MY PARCEL UNATTENDED?
In short, no. To protect both yourself and our business, we require someone to accept delivery of goods, and sign for the parcels. Photo identification may be be required upon delivery on some orders.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive email correspondence with instructions on how to track your parcel.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR WORKSHOP?
Yes! If you wish to pick up your order from our workshop, select the “Local pickup (free)” shipping method when you are on the checkout page. We’ll send you an email once your order is ready to pick up.
